Bellway

×

Bellway are just one of many national scale housebuilders that we consistently work for, providing flood risk assessments and surface water management strategies for many of their large residential developments. Our extensive experience and in-house numerical modelling capabilities have consistently allowed us to provide innovative solutions to help resolve flood risk and surface water management constraints, and in doing so have allowed the development potential of their sites to be optimised.

The ‘small’ guys

×

Whilst a lot of our work is with larger organisations, developers and housebuilders, we have not lost focus on the important contribution the smaller-scale developer, homeowner and landowner have towards contributing to housing targets. Our teams of specialists are more than happy to work with smaller scale clients as they are with the large national scale housebuilders for example. The quality of our advice and the expertise applied in developing a solution is exactly the same.

Dover District Council
